Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Full Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch: A 5% transaction fee will be charged. The remaining 95% will be refunded to your account within one week. Note: Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.
  2. Cancellation After Dispatch: Due to international logistics constraints, orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason, and without justification. The following conditions must apply:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Fee for Non-Quality Issues:

Please note that returns due to non-quality issues will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Process

  • Damaged Packaging: If the outer package is damaged and this affects the functionality of your product, contact us immediately. We will issue a refund or resend the item based on your preference.
  • Quality Issues: If the packaging appears undamaged, but the product has serious quality problems, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • No Product Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the product but there are no quality issues, return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
